Rites of Passage

Family portraits in the park.

LundgrenFave 001

Baby dedication at church.

004 (Not pictured: me forgetting the camera and darting out while the pastor was praying for another baby)

Watching movies in the Elmo chair.

013

(Notice Evan’s pleasure at having his spot taken by It)

Tour of the fire station.

(This scene reminded me of Iwo Jima, just with a fire hose instead of a flag)

038

(The 3 Samuels happened to be sitting next to each other.  Maybe that’s a rite of passage, thinking you have a special baby name and then showing up to the church nursery to meet 3 other kids with the same name.)

First time wearing matching outfits with my daughter (not a great picture, but we were both in pink shirts with red hoodies ON PURPOSE).

032

Baby showers.

052 (The invitation specifically said to wear pink.  Why is Emily wearing green and blue? )

Somehow I didn’t manage to get a picture of the guest of honor, Brooke!  She is my neighbor and is having her second girl next Friday (c-section).

And something new….Robots, meet DOLLS!
